Outdoor brand seeks two junior staff members to join its sales division

MagNet Srl SB, an international brand of high-performance technical footwear for mountaineering, hiking and other outdoor activities, is looking for two junior staff members to join its sales division. The aim is to expand and restructure the division, which currently consists of two senior staff members.

Our client has always been committed to researching and applying cutting-edge materials, technologies and innovations in the design and development of its products, creating outdoor footwear designed to complement the natural anatomy of the foot, with a focus on sustainability. For this reason, at least one year of training will be necessary and important in order to become familiar with all the products and acquire sales techniques at the brand’s Italian headquarters in the province of Treviso.

Once trained, the resources will have the objective of selling the brand’s products to retailers mainly in northern and central Italy. The regions/cities involved will be: Bergamo, Brescia, Tre Venezie, Friuli, Lombardy, Piedmont, Liguria, Valle d’Aosta and Lazio.

Who are we looking for?

• The ideal candidate has an interest in sports and, specifically, a strong passion for the mountains, as well as commercial aptitude
• Has just completed their studies or has had a brief work experience
• They are available for the first year to travel at least 2-3 times a week to the client’s Italian headquarters in the province of Treviso
• After the first year, however, they will be asked to travel from central to northern Italy
