B-Factory is seeking a PR & Marketing Assistant

A curious person who is organised and has a strategic mindset, capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously and translating commercial and communication objectives into concrete actions.
We are looking for someone who is familiar with contemporary marketing language and who is passionate about the world of outdoor activities, sport and lifestyle.

Duties

• Support in the preparation of institutional and commercial materials (company presentations, company profiles, project documentation).
• Collaboration in managing relationships with partners, sponsors and strategic stakeholders.
• Active participation in industry events and trade fairs, with organisational support, hospitality and networking tasks.
• Contribution to digital marketing activities, with a focus on social media campaigns, DEM, content creation and results analysis.
• Support for offline marketing initiatives, including promotional activities, material distribution and logistical organisation.
• Writing, editing and publishing editorial content for company channels and external media.
• Collaborating on press office activities, from writing press releases to managing relations with journalists.
